Legal & Operational Frameworks
This document contains the rules and settings for how the system automatically collects data, runs processes, stays online, and handles technical limits and requirements.
Acceptable Use
Policy Parameters
Defines the rules for how profiles are shared and how actions are performed within the automated WhatsApp messaging system
Verification & Identity Authenticity
Users, recruiters, and agents are prohibited from deploying fictitious profiles, synthetic identities, or unverified business metrics. All ingested talent parameters must represent a verifiable legal entity or individual within the South African national database registry.
Automated Extraction Abuse
System clients may not execute manual or programmatic scraping layers, mass payload scrapers, or index-harvesting scripts against the internal recruiter talent portal database. Profiling records may only be consumed via native web interface views or designated integration endpoints.
Prompt & Document Ingestion Controls
Injecting malicious, obfuscated, or adversarial text strings structured to manipulate semantic search schemas, bypass system safety bounds, or force prompt leakage inside the processing vector pipelines is strictly prohibited.
Service Level
Performance Rules
Enterprise availability commitments, system processing limits, and technical redundancy protocols for high-volume recruitment setups.
Core Availability Target
The underlying infrastructure is configured to maintain an absolute monthly availability metric of **99.5%** or higher. Calculated periods explicitly exclude scheduled infrastructure maintenance frames announced down-pipeline at least 48 hours in advance.
API & Webhook Delivery Limits
Under standard operation, ingestion API requests and webhook candidate synchronization triggers are guaranteed to execute within a response window of less than **350ms**. In the event of conversational drop-offs via WhatsApp Meta servers, recovery state retries execute dynamically using exponential backoff schedules.
Incident Resolution Windows
Critical infrastructure events (System Outages) generate an automatic technical diagnostic log within our engineering channels. Resolution and diagnostic updates execute according to a prioritized hierarchy:
| [ SEVERITY ] | [ TARGET RESPONSE ] | [ TARGET RESOLUTION ] |
|---|---|---|
| Critical Ingestion Fail | < 30 Mins | < 4 Hours |
| Portal Access Lag | < 2 Hours | < 12 Hours |
| Minor Feature Glitch | < 6 Hours | 24 Hours |
